Christ The King

How to use this

Press the red circle on the first page and choose the zip of Pupil Progress PDFs for one class, or drop the folder onto that page. This page reads every file on your computer. Names, Unique Pupil Numbers and dates of birth never leave the machine.

Check the table. Add a blank assessment PDF if you want the model to know about a paper the class has not sat yet. Read the outgoing message, then press Go. A free reasoning model on OpenRouter writes the report. Codes such as P07 are swapped back to names only on this computer.

You can ask a follow-up about one pupil after the first answer. Past reports stay in this browser until you delete them.

Why this is safe

This website never sends a pupil’s name to an AI. The reports are read on your computer, in this browser, and every name, Unique Pupil Number, date of birth and contact detail is taken out before anything leaves the machine.

What the model receives is a table of random codes such as P07, together with grades and topic names. The school’s name, the teacher’s name and the class code are left out as well, because they are not needed for the analysis.

The code-to-name key stays in this browser. When the model answers, this page swaps the codes back to names on your computer so you can see who needs help. You can read the exact outgoing message on the check page before you press Go. If a name or a Unique Pupil Number is still in that text, the page will refuse to send it.

Nothing is uploaded to a school server or to GitHub. The only network call for the analysis is to the AI provider you have chosen, using the key stored on this computer.

If this page breaks later

This website should not need constant attention. It is meant to keep working on its own, on the teacher’s computer, without anyone having to look after it day to day.

At some point OpenRouter or Pupil Progress will likely change the format of something in a way that breaks this website. That is a normal risk with a tool that reads someone else’s PDFs and talks to someone else’s AI.

If that happens after the training placement at Christ the King has ended, you can contact me on my personal email, lukeatthecafe@gmail.com. You also have my full permission to do what you want with this website, including changing it, hosting it, or replacing it.

Check the class.

Year group, subject and these grades were read from the PDFs. Fix anything that looks wrong before the model sees it.

Grades that will be sent as codes
Code to name (stays on this computer)
Empty assessment PDF (optional extra context)

Add a blank paper if the class has not sat it yet. Only the question titles go to the model.
